Leaseholder
Managed
Welcome to the official website of 36 Montpellier Spa Road Management Company (36 MSR). We are a resident-run company responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term maintenance of our building. Our aim is to ensure transparency, cost efficiency, and a well-maintained property for all leaseholders.

Our Approach
Our management model is based on three core principles:
01
Transparency
We make all key information — including service charges, budgets, and decisions — easily accessible to all residents. Regular updates, open communication, and shared documentation are central to how we work.
02
Value for Money
By managing the building ourselves, we've significantly reduced running costs while maintaining — and in many cases improving — service standards. Every pound spent is carefully considered, with a clear focus on long-term value and sustainability.
03
Collective Responsibility
All five flats share in the stewardship of the building. Whether it’s routine maintenance or bigger decisions, we aim to involve all leaseholders in a clear, fair, and open way. This collaborative spirit ensures a well-managed, well-maintained home for everyone.
